Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we collect contact and shipping details, order and product information, support communications, device and browser information, IP address, and cookie identifiers. A payment provider may collect payment details during checkout; do not send card numbers to customer support.
Uses and service providers
We use information to operate the website, process orders, arrange shipping, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal duties, and measure site performance. Hosting, payment, delivery, analytics, and support providers receive only information needed for their services. We may disclose information when legally required or in a business transfer.
Cookies and advertising
Necessary cookies support navigation, cart, and security. We also measure site visits. If Google Ads, conversion tracking, or remarketing tools are enabled, those tools may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure advertising and show relevant ads, subject to available consent and opt-out controls. You can use browser controls to restrict optional cookies.
Your privacy choices
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable. You may withdraw consent to optional uses, subject to legal or contractual limits. Contact us at support@oakley-life.com to make a request or ask about our privacy practices. We will respond under the rules that apply in your province or territory.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, accounting, disputes, and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational protections; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process data outside your state, province, or country.
